How to use it
Brush, take your teaspoon, and keep the gel handy. Directions are straight from each label.

Adults: 1 teaspoon, up to 3 times a day. Children: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, once a day.

Questions
Yes. No fluoride and no peroxide. It uses nano-hydroxyapatite, coral calcium and xylitol, with 20 PPM nano silver and peppermint and spearmint oils.
No. The gel is for external use on skin only, and toothpaste should be spit out. The liquid is the one you take by the teaspoon.
"Colloidal" is the science word for tiny particles spread evenly through a liquid. It's also the word most people search for. The formula is the same Optivida Nano Silver.
The liquid label gives a children's serving of 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon once a day. Supervise young brushers so they spit, not swallow. For scrapes and bites, have an adult apply the gel. Keep all products out of reach of children.
