How to use it
A teaspoon a day, and the gel whenever your skin needs it. Directions are straight from each label.
Morning
Adults: 1 teaspoon, up to 3 times a day. Children: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, once a day.
Anytime
Clean the area, then apply generously as needed. For external use only. Keep away from eyes.

At one teaspoon a day, each 16 oz bottle lasts one person about three months (96 teaspoons). Two bottles cover about six months for one person, or about three months for two.
No. The gel is for external use on skin only. The liquid is the one you take by the teaspoon.
"Colloidal" is the science word for tiny particles spread evenly through a liquid. It's also the word most people search for. The formula is the same Optivida Nano Silver.
The liquid label gives a children's serving of 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon once a day. For scrapes and bites, have an adult apply the gel. Keep all products out of reach of children.
