The main mineral in tooth enamel is hydroxyapatite, made of calcium and phosphate. When your mouth turns acidic, below a pH of 5.5, enamel starts giving up that calcium and phosphate. Coffee, soda and citrus all push it there, and they leave stains behind too.
Most whitening toothpastes go after the stains with peroxide bleach, and lean on fluoride for the rest.
This one brings the mineral itself. Nano-hydroxyapatite particles closely resemble your enamel's own crystals, so it polishes and enriches the enamel surface while hydrated silica lifts surface stains, with no peroxide and no fluoride.*
