How to use it
Directions are straight from each label, with servings for adults and kids.
Morning
Adults: 1 teaspoon, up to 3 times a day. Children: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, once a day.

No. The gel is for external use on skin only. The liquid is the one you take by the teaspoon.
